Flat in the city centre of Palermo, a stone's throw from the Teatro Massimo, on the border between the historic city and the modern city, in an elegant 1930s building with lift. Excellent location for visiting the city on foot, many places nearby where you can dine or enjoy a good aperitif or ice cream.

It is a bright and cosy one-bedroom apartment of about 40 sq. m., entirely renovated and furnished, with a splendid view over the historical centre of Palermo. The entrance opens directly onto the living area, furnished with a comfortable 2-seater sofa bed, Sat TV corner, dining table for 4 and a separate, fully equipped kitchenette. From here you access the double bedroom and the bathroom with shower. Whether you are coming for business or for your holiday, you will find maximum comfort, fast, high-performance Wi-Fi (if you prefer Ethernet connection as well), air-conditioned rooms and noise-proof windows in the bedroom.

The flat is located in the very centre of the city of Palermo, a stone's throw from the Teatro Massimo in the very central Via Cavour. The location is ideal for getting around the historic centre freely; all the main monuments can be reached on foot within a radius of 2 km. The area is well served by public transport as well as a taxi service, both located in Piazza Verdi. The proximity to the major points of interest will make your stay even more pleasant, allowing you to fully experience the historic centre and Palermo's movida; Piazza Spinuzza and Piazza Olivella are in fact meeting places for young Palermitans. Also close by are Via Principe di Belmonte, the so-called 'drawing room of Palermo', Via Ruggero Settimo and Via della Libertà, the city's 'good' area full of shops and clubs. The flat is on the third floor of an elegant condominium building with lift and doorman. It overlooks a small pedestrian square with various clubs and bars also with music. The area is safe, full of young people out for the Palermo movida!
