Worth recommending.

My family and I arrived at the hotel near midnight because of the plane delay.However, The receptionist of the hotel has been waiting patiently for us and carefully told us the exact location of the hotel on the phone again and again.made us feel the enthusiasm of sicilian. Thank you very much.Besides, we also found a welcome drink carefully prepared by the landlord in the refrigerator in the room.The location here makes our trip very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel and will choose it again.

Struttura pulita, bel equipaggiata e in una posizione centralissima. Non serve prendere i mezzi per visitare tutta la città. Personale e proprietari davvero gentilissimi, personale delle pulizie sorridente e collaborativo, grazie mille! La stanza si trova all’ultimo piano senza ascensore, da considerare se avete bagagli pesanti. Colazione al bar sotto la struttura con prodotti freschissimi. Nella via ci sono diverse opzioni per cenare, molto buone, cucina siciliana principalmente. Può essere un po’ rumoroso la sera, ma forniscono i tappi (io non li ho usato e ho dormito benissimo, così come il mio bambino). Grazie per averci fatto sentire a casa.

LOTS of stairs. No elevator so be mindful when booking because you will have to carry your suitcase up flights and flights of stairs. Would not recommend if you have mobility issues. It is quite noisy at night so be mindful of that as well. It’s more of a shared space with the chairs being the “relaxing” area and the rooms being right across from each other. They do provide earplugs but you will still hear some of the noise from the street below which is filled with vendors and restaurants. The stop for the shuttle bus to the airport is near by (a two minute walk) so that was very convenient. Self check in was pretty easy, aside from walking up the stairs in the pitch dark. There is a switch on the wall around the second flight of stairs, but we discovered that on our own. The room did have a couple dents in the wall and some browning on the wall in the washroom, so a little wear and tear. But overall the wood ceiling is beautiful and the washroom was nice.

Superbe logement, très bien placé

Notre séjour a été super dans ce très beau logement rénové avec beaucoup de goût ! Tout était là pour notre confort en terme d'équipements, que ce soir la clim (indispensable l'été), sèche cheveux, frigo rempli, produits, lit de qualité ! Un gros point positif également sur l'accueil d'Annabel qui a été géniale, elle nous a apporté de nombreux renseignements, vraiment une personne adorable qui a su nous faire nous sentir comme chez nous! Le restaurant qui sert le petit dej en bas du logement est aussi super, les serveurs extrêmement sympas! Un grand merci rien à redire, c'est un 10/10 pour nous.

Un séjour parfait !

J’ai passé un excellent séjour de 3 nuits, idéalement situé dans le centre de Palerme. Le logement est très cosy et la chambre était très propre et superbe. Un grand merci à Annabel, incroyablement gentille, chaleureuse, bienveillante et toujours disponible et de bon conseil. Elle m’a recommandé plusieurs adresses locales. Je remercie également les propriétaires pour leur accueil. Je recommande vivement cet endroit, parfait ! C’est avec grand plaisir que je reviendrai.

Great location / the worst location

Nice, clean and spacious room with great location. But also the worst location, and that’s why I can’t recommend this place to anyone. It´s located next to the Vucciria Market. I suggest you Google it and then decide if you want to stay here. I wish I had. Sure, if you visit Palermo, you should visit Vucciria market, but you def should not book a room anywhere near it. The music blares to about 2-4AM every day. We slept about 12-15 hours in all during 4 nights before checking out a day early and switching hotels. Would´ve left earlier but the city was booked. It´s a shame because the place was great otherwise.

Great place in top location

Newly renovated place situated in the middle of Palermo’s old town. Great service and recommendations from the hosts. Old reviews mention noisy environment, but we were not disturbed at all despite the place being located in a lively alley (sound proofing was great when closing the balcony doors and the rooms have air conditioning).

Ideal location for the centre and port. Minutes from Piazza Domenico where you have breakfast. Served with locals, bread meat /cheese, coffee and orange juice. Double room at the top of a long flight of stairs, beware there is no lift! Communal sitting area with coffee machine, microwave and balcony. Room was clean but unfortunately didn't have a balcony outside, instead it had an internal balcony overlooking the communal area?? The room had sky lights. Double bed, shower area, fridge and kettle. Can be noisy at night, the locals do like to play music. Met by the rep Annabel on arrival, friendly and helpful. Explained the security for the apartment and provided a list of local restaurants to consider. We used three, all very good. Suggest when visiting to use the airport bus, 6 euros each way and stops mintues from Le Stanza.
