「This property is right in the center of the old city and the major attractions - -theater, cathedral, monastery, 4corners. The room was clean and cozy and had an espresso machine for use by guests. I arrived a day later than my reservation and had some difficulty contacting the manager for an entry code. The area near the property is noisy at all hours. The restaurants near the property are nothing special and a tour guide informed that many of them are franchise restaurants.」

「Palazzo Pantaleo is a well kept bed and breakfast. Upon arrival we were greeted and welcomed by Giuseppe who was very nice and attentive to our needs while staying in Palermo. The room itself was clean, large, baby friendly (they gave us a crib), had lots of storage space and had all we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast included with our stay delicious and had good variety. Giuseppe and Dario were very helpful in arranging transportation for us to get to where we needed to go. All...

「We booked a city view room, but was given a dingy room facing a dingy patio with loud AC noise and not pleasant to look at. We communicated with the host and the reply was that they can not do anything as all rooms are booked, just offered some breakfast coupons, worth 5 bucks each at the most. This is not a hotel, it is an apartment turned into rooms on one floor of the building with no amenities. The plumbing is old with murky water and rumbling when you turn the facets on. Hard to communicate...

「The room was great, bed was comfortable and air conditioning was cold! But, staff was very rude. After delayed flight and lost luggage, we arrived at almost midnight to the property. Hard to find with very little instructions and dark stairway. Elevator got to first floor then fell to bottom!!! Many rude messages about us arriving late. Would only take euro for tax, did not accept credit card. Just all around poor communication.」
