“Apart from the great view during breakfast and the warm, enthusiastic front desk staff, this guesthouse is utterly disappointing and highly not recommended. I have never been to a place that doesn't offer eggs for breakfast. The only food available was unpalatable cakes, very hard bread, chopped tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and some peaches that were nearly rotten. The soundproofing in the rooms is terrible. You can clearly hear someone sneezing in the room on the floor below, and at around 2:00……

“good location and good service attitude. staff is very helpful”

“Very friendly staff. Good location. Room floors were not super clean but overall the room was good. The rooftop restaurant has a stunning all around view. ”

“An excellent spot in Palermo walking distance to all the markets, cathedrals and restaurants. The hotel is very unique and the staff very helpful”

“Very close to the fish market restaurant area. Walking distance to key city centre. But the address on Expedia not very accurate. Valet parking $20 is ok. Yet our room when check in at 8pm is full of order refreshener that is too strong to bear. ”

“This hotel locates in the heart of Palermo with helpful staffs. Highly recommend.”

“位置優越，到主要景點步行可達。酒店員工友善，停車不方便，好在酒店員工y”

“Overall good experience close to old town and shops and restaurants. Rooms were small and stairs were a challenge with luggage. The owner was extremely helpful recommending things to see and restaurants to attend. We would recommend .”

“Staff was very friendly and helpful, the property was clean and breakfast was good every morning. Location was good and within walking distance of most of the attractions of the city.”

“this is the nicest hotel i have ever stayed at. the interiors and materials are beautiful. the staff was very nice and super helpful. I would visit Palermo again just stay at this hotel again.”

“The Quintocanto hotel was perfectly located for us. It lived up to its great reviews from other travellers. The front desk staff were helpful. We also ate at the associated restaurant Gusto next door and very much enjoyed it.”

“Palazzo Achates was perfect for us! It is in the center of old town on a quiet street and has been fully renovated with a beautiful modern minimalist design. I booked the last room available which, was described as small, but it was actually quite roomy and lovely. The owner answered all requests promptly and was wonderfully welcoming! He made us feel assured that the keycard entry to the hotel itself would work smoothly at any hour of the night, and it did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!”

“Lovely staff good location. There was a private patio outside our room and our room had all glass wall and cleaners would sit outside in the morning which was very uncomfortable. Lacked privacy. Apart from that all was good.”
