Bedroom #1 includes a California king size bed, smart TV, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.



The home also includes a half bathroom.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Garage and driveway parking available for 3 vehicles. Parking passes are required and will be provided upon entrance to the community.

• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera, located at the front door and actively monitoring the entrance and patio.

• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 dogs, 35 lbs. or less allowed. Cats not permitted. An additional daily Pet Fee of $35 per pet will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please pick up after your pet.

- This unit does NOT have a BBQ grill.

- Please note: for stays 14 nights or longer, a utility deposit of $500.00 is required prior to arrival. Any unused credit will be returned and credited back.

The mountains are of course nearby with the popular attraction of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, plus nature trails for hiking, horseback riding, and biking all around. Be sure to visit the hot springs, golf courses, and spas which the area is known for.
