「Miscommunication regarding price and check in process. I was given a number to call to add a guest and the phone number didn’t work. Keep in mind it’s Cabo and it’s 90 degrees. I kept on getting the runaround with times it would be fixed. Our resort app wasn’t working or linking to our reservation. Without the app we couldn’t order a...

「This property exceeded our expectations. The accommodations were comfortable, beautiful, and spacious. The outdoor space is undeniably the best part! Having maid service on alternating days was very nice. We look forward to staying here again. 」

「We’ve stayed at Hacienda de La Cruz twice with our 3 young kids, and it is hands down our favorite place to stay in Cabo! The home is newly remodeled, spotless, beautifully decorated, and the panoramic views of the ocean and famous Arch are absolutely breathtaking. The hosts truly think of everything. We were welcomed with a thoughtful letter full of Cabo tips and two awesome Hacienda de La Cruz koozies. Shirley, the concierge, is amazing! She arranged groceries before we arrived, in-home...
