Summer vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was wonderful. Nicely appointed. Great proximity to the beach and buying beach chair service was key. We have rented other homes across 30a in the past; this condo would easily place as one of our favorite rentals and would be on the list to rent again next year. Rental company was always quick to respond to our questions.

Be sure to book your umbrella and beach chairs prior to your arrival if you’d like to be on the front row. Plenty of shopping nearby as well.

Fantastic long weekend getaway

Great trip

Another great trip to Waterhouse. The property is fantastic and in a perfect location. We love the layout of the condo as it is spacious and gives a nice view of the ocean. I would definitely stay here again.

A relaxing time

We stayed here in Prep for an upcoming wedding. Location is wonderful close to Seaside, Alys and Rosemary Beaches. Accommodation are excellent and communication with RealJoy is excellent. Will be back.

Great location

Stayed here several times. 2 min to Alys Beach, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach. It's nice to be close to those paces but be out of the "hustle and bustle" of staying in a community. Ocean view from the kitchen is awesome!

Great Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Waterhouse. The unit was very clean and spacious. It was right next to the beach access so we could easily get to and from the beach (which is important with 2 young kids). The pool was great too. It was not crowded at all. Short drive to Alys Beach and Rosemary, but without all of the crowds. We would definitely stay again.

Great location that was beautiful, spacious and clean. Loved the ease of getting to the beach and being slightly out of the mad rush and high congested areas. A mile or two to Rosemary and Seaside. Loved rooftop pool and chairs and umbrella on the beach. Top notch. Will be back for sure!

Beautiful condo perfect for our family of 5.

We came for a last minute trip over spring break. The weather was colder than expected so the heated pool and hot tub saved the day! The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed. We would love to come back to this unit again soon.

Beach Time

We enjoyed the condo just across from the beach entrance. Condo was perfect for our group of 3 couples. Loved the rooftop pool, on-site workout facility & great location to ride bikes to Rosemary. We also rode to the Hub & Seaside just a bit more of a ride. Plenty of room to dine at the condo as well. Loved the area as it wasn’t as busy as Seaside.

Spacious, beautiful beach condo!

We stayed here for a girl's beach trip and loved the comfort of the beds, the beautiful beach decor and craftsmanship of this home. The kitchen /living area was our gathering place - it is enormous and accommodated everyone nicely. Even though we were located across the street from the beach, we still had a view of the ocean and it is a very short walk across the street. We loved it so much that we all agreed to return for future trips. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool.
