Awesome Property / Location

The property is awesome with great views of the beach and pool from our balcony. Everything was very clean. Rosemary Beach is our families happy place.

Convenient Location

Overall, we had a great stay. Location of the property and amenities were wonderful. It’s very conveniently located to all the restaurants and shops. Pool and beach right on the property were very nice. Beach chairs and umbrella were so appreciated and the bikes were a nice plus. The unit could use a good clean overall. Upon arrival, it didn’t feel dirty necessarily, but definitely did not feel clean. Streaks all over windows and tables, crocked pictures and lamp shades, dated bathrooms…Just didn’t give that clean and welcoming feeling. It had enough for the week and was more than adequate, but a good deep clean and some updating would really go a long way!!

Solid choice

Internet did not work for our entire stay after repeated communication with the PM, it was never fixed. Owners should Provide warmer blankets on beds during the cold months. Otherwise great unit and perfect location.

Location location

Second trip back to high point. The condo was clean some new furniture added since the pics were posted. One can see the ocean at a distance from the unit, there is view if pool -which keeps evening hours strict-so no wakeless nights hearing partiers. Steves crabby shack on site is convenient and tasty. Umbrella service at bottom of walkover. Free bikes nice but was too hot for us. Next to Rosemary so great choice of eateries and shops. Would recommend adding a reuseable mr coffee flat filter. Used paper towel first morning. Ick. Hard to guess the filter right. Also Add an egg whisk and large cooking knives. Just steak knives were provided. recommend.

Will NOT stay in a property managed by Vacasa again

Check in process was very upsetting. Screen doors very hard to operate and would come off the tracks. Sofas very worn and in need of replacement. Master tub in need of replacement and updating

High Pointe is a great place to stay. Access to the beach, Crabby Steve’s restaurant, great pool, walking distance to shops and more restaurants.

Great location, lots of space

This condo has lots of space. My teenage boys appreciated each having a double bed in their room instead of 2 singles. The location to town and the beach can’t be beat. The pool area could use some updating, but it was well maintained. This unit was a very good value for the size.

This property is way more stunning in person that in the online photos. Very clean, peaceful, throw back beach decor, super comfy beds and love that there’s a yummy onsite outdoor restaurant! We would definitely return!

Beautiful location

The unit was perfect for a few extra day extension of our trip. Beach was beautiful and kids loved the pool, just wish it were heated a bit.

Very disappointing.

We were excited to return to our favorite family beach location but were a little apprehensive about going during the recent surge of covid cases in Florida. However, we were reassured by this company that they were taking extra precautions in their cleaning procedures to keep things safe for everyone... Checking in was a breeze & we began carrying our suitcases inside! Immediately, we noticed that the tile flooring was grungy, the carpet appeared to be old, the tv bracket on the wall in the MBR hung on the wall empty & a laptop sized tv was sitting on top of the dresser, the two sofas were very old & worn, paint was chipped throughout the unit, the kitchen countertop had ‘rings’ from what appeared to be soda cans, the glass top table had a child’s handprints smeared on the underneath side, the glass top coffee table appeared to have been wiped with a dirty cloth, the bathroom mirror had toothpaste splatter, the tub had mildew...we assumed housekeeping had not yet serviced our unit, but the beds appeared to have clean sheets? We made multiple attempts to call customer service only to be placed on hold & never answered each time. Eventually, we cleaned the unit the best we could ourselves. Then, we looked forward to relaxing on our balcony...only to discover that the seats were completely busted out of two chairs & ripped all the way across on the other two. We had no usable patio furniture. The next morning, during business hours, we went in person to the resort office & showed them pictures. Due to covid, we were asked to email pictures to them. They received them right away & said they would follow up with housekeeping & the property owners. Not exactly sure what sort of response we were expecting, but...that was Monday. 😢

Great location, condo needs some work.

This was our first time staying at High Pointe resort and we loved it! The location between Rosemary and Alys and across the beach from Seacrest was amazing. We loved being on the beach side of 30a with easy access to the pool and ocean. Crabby Steve's was also great to have on property for lunch and cocktails on the beach. We really enjoyed the complimentary beach setup and bikes. We didn't move our car once we checked in and was able to bike or walk to many restaurants and shopping. The actual condo needed a little work. It could have been cleaner with a few finishing touches. Carpet is a little scratchy, bedding minimal, paint chipped, floors dirty. We didn't try to cook a meal but you might be missing some items. The patio furniture needs to be replaced. The chairs are mesh and have rips in them. One of my biggest complaints is no dead lock on the front door. I have a toddler who constantly ran out of the front door the whole time we were there. He is able to turn the lock and could get out. This was especially worrisome at bedtime.

Condo 333 Review

We had a GREAT trip!!! The condo was perfectly located! The only negative comment would be that the floors were free of sand and debris, but they were dirty and need a good mopping and the carpets could use a shampoo. It also should be aired out more often - it had a bad smell. The garbage disposal was clogged from a previous renter, but the property manager was very helpful and QUICK to fix it. We will definitely be returning!

Nice place, great resort

I have stayed at High Pointe several times over the years, most of the condos are dated, which is fine because IMO, it is the best location in 30A. This particular condo by far was the most updated unit we have rented with granite coutner tops, larger living room TV's, nicer furniture and bathroom finishes. My only complaints is the lack of kitchen items to use and the master bedroom mattress was not comfortable and TV was maybe 9". Those minor things would not keep me from renting again, although I may bring a pillow top overlay for the mattress.
