Beautiful Area

The condo was beautiful and right on the beach. Beach chairs and umbrella was included with our stay. Private beach is a must!

Paradise on the Beach

Excellent location, all amenities were in great condition and/or easily accessed. All personnel were very nice. We received a guidebook that was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this condo!!

Scenic views and comfortable stay.

Right on the beach with breathtaking views of the Gulf. Accomodations were comfortable with all the amenities of home. Great location with lots of attractions, shopping, restaurants, etc. Within walking distance.

Great condo! Enjoyed our time there. Easy beach access. Good pools and walking distance to pier park. Elevators were slow and always overcrowded so be prepared for stairs or stay lower in the complex.

Vacation to remember 😊

This condo is absolutely beautiful! It’s updated, well put together.. it has everything you will need to sit back and relax, chairs on the balcony are comfortable while taking in the beautiful view of the Gulf.. bedrooms are very pretty and a plus the beds are comfortable, can’t say that about many condos. and the location of the condo is perfect, right in front of the elevator so no hunting the beach access, which was great for us. We really enjoyed this unit.. oh and the booking process was easy and simple.. keeping in touch and informed with every process was great..

Other than the elevator taking forever the property and location is very nice. Less than a mile walking distance to pier park. Would comeback for sure

Nicely decorated condo and beautiful view

The condo itself was perfect for our family of 6. The condo is located right at the elevators which is very convenient, but the elevators are extremely slow during peak hours. Our only advice is to make arrangements to arrive and leave on an off day instead of Saturday. The location is great. Not too far of a walk to Pier Park. Fun trip!

Would stay again for the price

Great room, poor elevators. It's never plan your vacation activities around how long it will take to go up or down the elevator. Not the fault of the owner, but the management property had a number of broken devices on property. The feeder, certain door latches, the elevators. Not a deal breaker. Just something to note

Super condo!

The condo was everything advertised. Very nice and clean. Wonderful view. Loved the gliders on the balcony!! The only drawback is that the elevators are so overwhelmed by the number of vacationers, it made leaving the unit a real hassle. But once in the condo, all is great!

Great location and very well run.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was very close to shopping, restaurants and the many attractions your city offers. The employees were friendly and helpful. Our group rented several units and found them all to be nicely furnished. However, all the units could have been cleaner on checkin. For instance, our unit 911 has the dirtiest intake on the air conditioner unit that I’ve ever seen. I can understand finding some dust here and there but no body accidentally overlooked that mess. Nor did the cleaning crew accidentally overlook the previous renters tourist papers under a stand in the living room. They simply chose not to clean under the stand. That being said, we did enjoy our stay.

Never Again

I wish I were only exaggerating when I say the elevators made for a HORRIBLE experience to the point we will not stay here again. We were here for a 5 night stay. Everyday we waited anywhere from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours on the elevator to get us from the 9th floor to the ground floor for beach access. Again, I wish I were only exaggerating on the wait time but stay here and you will find out. In talking with other people on the elevator, everyone was having this same problem. There were a few times we had to walk the stairs. This is not easy when carrying a 1 year old and a 3 year old up or down 9 flights of stairs with beach chairs, wagon, etc. The room itself was fairly alright for the price. Floors were not clean, if walking barefoot, expect your feet to be black after a few strolls through the room.(No I was not scoping the floors, I just happen to have an 1 year old who craws and every time we picked him up, his hands and knees along with clothing were black from the floors. Everything else was fine. Pools were good. We had a good time with family once we were finally able to get to the beach every day which is why we went. We just can’t do this place again because of the elevators.

birthday trip.

It was a clean condo. Very comfortable, the balcony has great furniture. The master shower is narrow. The owners should at least install a curved shower curtain rod to allow for more elbow room. The ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom needed the blades tightened I reported this to the property manager and she said maintenance will fix it. Now to the building that the condo is in. The elevators are horribly slow. When there are a lot of people out and about it is common to wait 15 minutes on the elevators. And if you have luggage carts you may wait an hour till an elevator comes that you can fit in. They have resortregistration fees that have to be paid on top of you condo fees. The best thing to do is read the emails sent by the property manager very carefully and pre register with the resort. If you don't they will charge you an extra 15.00 when you do it there. They call it late check in. Even though we were 2 hours early. Crazy little scam is all.

Great experience

We had a great stay. Everyone was very friendly & helpful they made you feel like family. The only issue we had was the elevators were somewhat slow but you get that at just about every high rise resort. I would definitely stay there again.

Beachy Vibe!

Comfortable cute condo for a wonderful beach experience! Beds were comfortable and all appliances functioned as they should! Water in pool too cold to swim in so beach chairs were a wonderful perk of this rental unit!
