Pinnacle port

We have been going to pinnacle port for years. We love it there. However, this condo was hard to check in and needs some updating.

Great place

We booked one night to extend our stay in Florida. They were Able to get us in the room two hours early. The property and beach are beautiful and the condo was extremely clean. Lots of attention to detail.

Great location, good room, but the condo buildings are showing their age

Pinnacle Port is a great location! Its between 30A and PCB on a quiet stretch of beach. The condo itself was nice with an upgraded master bath and comfortable beds. The unit had all the basic amenities you would need for a few days at the beach. Beware of the conditions of Pinnacle Port, we arrived, without any advanced notification from Vacasa, to find that the elevator was out. It was not fixed during our stay despite being told it would. This meant this unit became a 5th floor walk-up. If booked, verify all listed amenities in your building are in full working order before you pack up for your stay.

Pinnacle Port

The location is great but the building is in deep need of repair or it just needs to be torn down. The condo had a smokers smell in it. We live Carillon but will likely chose another place to stay.

The location and convenience of this unit was perfect!! My only complaint is the inside desperately needs some up grades. The furniture was old and worn out, not comfortable at all… the beds were hard, it could use ceiling fans, updated appliances, and a new fridge that had a ice maker that actually worked

The condo was nice but couple of things to note. There is no tv in bedroom and only only one daybed/ couch in living room so if more than 2 people not enough places to sit. Couple or one chair would be nice. View was incredible and resort well maintained

Needs some love

I would not reserve until you confirm the couch has been replaced. You sit on the frame, cushions are worn out. The have updated some things but need to finish. No ice maker only ice trays. Unit was clean and great supply of dishes and towels. No rugs to catch all the sand.

Disappointed

We were not allowed to check in a little early while my daughter in another condo could. The TVs in the bedrooms never worked even though they lied to us and told us they came and fixed them only to find out a day or so later they weren’t fixable because they didn’t have the Direct TV equipment needed. There was no cell service inside the condo you had to go out almost to the parking lot to get reception this was never disclosed up front even though when I asked about it they acted like I should just have accepted it. I am not someone who writes bad reviews but this really affected our trip because the amenities we expected weren’t there and they lied to us about taking care of it.

Sunrise Views

Sunrise views from the balcony, Condo is located at the western end of PCB and is quieter and less crowded. This condo, while clean and comfortable, is in the midst of renovation and some details still need to be worked out (master bath is dark and dark tile in the shower , while attractive, makes it cave-like). Still enjoyable and we'd rent again.

Pinnacle Port- Spring Review

Loved the overall location. Not as congested as in PCB. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc. Loved being on the beach and not crowded.

Overall stay

The place was neat and clean except for sand on the loveseat cushions. The kitchen could use more teaspoons (only 1 was there) and other items in kitchen could be replaced (such as pots and pans). The furniture is old and could be replaced also. The lampshades in the main bedroom are cracked in many places. But we were close to the elevators and it was a quiet area. Pool was great. Didn't like that we had to take our trash out - thought the cleaning people would of done that. Couldn't get TV in bedrooms to work and the handle on main bedroom kept falling off. I know I could of called to get it fixed but we were only there 2 nights so didn't bother. It would be nice if there had been a hairdryer in bathroom.

Great place. Very clean upon arrival. Beautiful view. Only thing is the bed in the master would be nice if it was bigger and it was very hard. A mattress topper would even work to soften but it would be great if it was bigger. Would definitely stay there again.

The WiFi was not cooperating when we first got there but Holly and a gentleman were very helpful and got the problem fixed within a couple of days! The staff at vacasa are very professional and friendly and went above and beyond to help us!

short, good trip

The property was not as clean as it should be AT ALL! The toilet seat had fresh stains on it! There was lots of hair in the bathrooms on baseboards, walls, floor etc. The couches need to be replaced. They are awful!!!
