Beach Trip 2025

Family Beach trip 2025

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Though we vacationed in Carillon for many years, this was our first time back in a while. We loved the house and location but were a little disappointed in how many people had discovered this little village in our absence. We had a great time, the house and beach were beautiful, and the bike rental was a hit with everyone. We love the village green and shops and highly recommend Lake Powell Pizza!

Great vacation house.

Great house! Very close to the beach walkover and to the pool. Grandchildren loved the pool at the house too. Hope to be back.

Best of the Best at Carillon Beach

The “Big House” is perfect for our large family and the” Carriage House “ is wonderful for the overflow. There are usually 16 of us and everyone is comfortable and well accommodated.The rental is always clean, well equipped, ready on time, and is perfectly located near the beach . It is exactly as advertised or better. We cook in every day and night and really don’t have to bring anything. The rental is so well equipped we could live here year round.The highlight is the fabulous customer service. When it says “a phone call or text away “ that is the truth! This year was an unusual and very special vacation for our family .I can not tell you how kind and caring the managers and staff were to us .I would , and always have, recommended this vacation rental to friends and family.

Wonderful property & great location!

We have been coming to Carillon for 4 years and this was our favorite stay in Carillon so far! The house and guest house were super clean and spacious. The proximity to the beach walk over was awesome. We were worried about having a pool at the house because we had several small children with us but the house has a pool alarm that sounds when the door is opened unless a button way up high is pressed so we did not have to worry about kids getting outside without us knowing. The property manager was very responsive and helpful if we needed anything. We hope to rent this house again!

Family Getaway

It was well stocked with anything you could need kitchen, beach towels, grills! Our family had a great time reconnecting after a busy school year. The back porch between the main house and the guest house was our favorite place to gather enjoying the swing, pool, and grilling area! We were also steps away from one of the carillon pools and the beach walkover. Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful home so that we could enjoy it!

Spring Break

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great. The pool house is new with new furnishings, TV, etc. The main house is nice but dated. The furniture is old, as well as the TVs. Kitchen very well equipped. Pool is small but nice. Way too many “pool rules”. One of the rules says “No breath holding” ??? The property manager is very intrusive and unprofessional. We were charged an extra $85 for cleaning (after already paying $650) due to the fact that I didn’t place all the towels in the laundry room. Beware, you are not allowed to open any exterior doors or windows, or you will be getting a phone call. Overall the house is decent, but I always felt like we were being watched and we definitely got scolded. I’m 45 and we paid a LOT of money. I don’t feel like we should have been made to feel like a bunch of teenagers on college break.

First time in Carillon - wonderful guest house experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I called with a last minute request if anything was available for my family of 4 as we were traveling to attend a funeral in Panama City. Karen was so nice on the phone and let us book the guest house only given the circumstances. The guest house was extremely clean and comfortable and my kids loved the little pool. The location is great - 2 minute walk to the beach walkover and an easy walk to the little retail area where we enjoyed the restaurants, general store, and bottle shop. If we had stayed longer we would have rented bikes. We had one small issue with the cable, and Rachel fixed it for us quickly the next day. Carillon was very peaceful and quiet - just what we needed.

Perfect Beach Vacation

More than enough room for our family/group, it has a fully stocked kitchen, the house was very clean and close to the beach. The pool was an added bonus. The beach was amazing, clear water and gorgeous sunsets. The entire team at Carillon Beach Rentals was great to work with and quick to respond with any questions we had. We will definitely be back next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay in Carillon every spring and fall break- years now....we have rented many homes throughout the community. This house is spacious and was great for our three families and teens. Kitchen adequately equipped, plenty of beach towels. Overall this house checked all of the boxes we were looking for....rental company/agent were responsive and friendly and easy to work with. The only thing I could complain about is it needs some serious updating. It’s dark, traditional decor isnt very beachy and very dated. The bathrooms need to be renovated throughout the main house and the floors need updating. Bedding/throw pillows needs to be replaced.

Family beach vacation
