Three Family Vacation

Really impressed with the space this home has. We had 9 people (one in a wheelchair) and we had plenty of space. Really nice to have a bathroom in each bedroom too. Loved our trip.

Clean Home on Cape w views

We all enjoyed the views in this clean vacation rental. Every floor, check out the balconies at sunset and sunrise. Gorgeous. Small note: the elevator was helpful with groceries and luggage. 👏

Great location

Great location within walking distance to local amenities. I read the reviews about the furniture being old and outdated, and it was, but not a huge problem. Unfortunately, the pool was disgusting and I could see the neighbors sparkling clean pools from the balcony. The A/C went out on our second day there and they had someone out to fix it the next day. The beach was beautiful and it was super convenient to walk right out and be in the sand. The house was spacious and generally clean despite being a little outdated. Housekeeping surprised us with Easter eggs and a small basket since we arrived on Easter...it was super sweet! We would definitely go back.

Needs updating and deep cleaning BUT can't beat the location!

Let me get the bad out of the way before I move on to the good. The house is outdated. The furniture has definitely seen its days. That doesn't bother me as much. The house was just not clean. I can deal with an outdated house, old furniture, and all but when its not clean, it just makes the whole place look and feel dirty. I didn't come in looking for a 5 star resort, not even 4 star but average is at least clean right? The pool water was a green blue color and when compared to both next door neighbor's pools, it looked like a sad swamp. The charcoal grill was dirty and the top handle was broken so we didn't even try to use it. Now onto the good - LOCATION! This was our first time at Cape San Blas/Port St. Joe and we loved it here. Also, communicating with the property management company and check-in was smooth. They're quick to respond and were pleasant on the phone. Other than that, I would not rent this house again, but would definitely come back here.

Always love cape San blas! Trading post, Weber’s, Indian pass raw bar, and st joe seafood BEST

Mostly awesome. Some wobbly lamps in a couple of rooms. Be nice to have 2 lamps in king/queen rooms.
