This is a beautifully decorated direct FULL OCEANFRONT one bedroom, 2 full bath condo with two extra bunk beds in the hallway and a queen pull out sofa in the living room! Plenty of beds for the whole family! Conveniently located on the THIRD floor of the west tower means you don't even have to wait for an elevator, you can just walk up or down! The master bedroom has a beautiful sea grass king size bed with a super comfortable mattress, night stands and lamps on both sides, for late night reading, a brand new smart TV with cable, and a Smart BLU RAY player. The master bathroom has a farmhouse style sliding barn door, large shower and a huge soaking tub. The bunk beds are perfect for the kids. There is another full bathroom in the hallway with a large walk in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, mixer, blender, crock pot, cutting board, etc.. Everything you need! There is seating for four at the bar and a table for two in the kitchen. You can enjoy gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico while eating or preparing a meal. The living room offers a commercial-grade Sunbrella queen size sofa bed, custom blackout drapes, a brand new Smart television, and a Smart BLU RAY player complete with all your favorite streaming apps. The living room has also been newly remodeled with BEAUTIFUL hard LVP floors, great for families! Don't worry about staying connected, we have free secured WIFI that runs throughout the resort with a router right in the unit! The WEST tower where your condo is located also houses the children's water park with slides and a ginormous bucket that fills up and drops tons of water on your kids as they run and squeal with delight! Theres also a large hot tub and seasonally heated swimming pool! The east tower is where you’ll find the Rip Tide poolside bar and grill along with another seasonally heated pool and lazy river along with a toddler splash pad and Grills!
