"The rooms themselves were comfortable and pretty clean. The bed was comfortable and clean! The room itself was a bit tired… but definitely better than other hotels in the area. The staircase on the exterior ends of the building had cigarette butts on the ground… some patron who didn’t care enough to walk outside. One of the 2 elevators was not working- and I noticed a few broken windows on the backside of the building with cardboard- maybe a storage room?? breakfast was hot eggs sausage toast- in spit of those things - I would stay here again if I were in town - the bed was comfortable and clean-and affordable"

"Staff was kind at check in. Property is older, but has been well taken care of. The air conditioner in the room was old and had a weird smell. Breakfast was very good. All ice machines seemed to be out of order or just turned off. I asked at the front desk and they sent me the restaurant, but the ice machine waa empty. All staff I encountered was friendly. Overall, it was fine. I'd stay there again."

"Fantastic location for all things Texas Tech, Rooms are generous and have what you need (refrigerator and Coffee pot). Food is honestly only ok. Had a Steak and it was charred to the point of tasting burnt. Both times I said there were issues with equipment at the Starbucks coffee shop in the lobby so was not able to get a latte. Tried the French toast for breakfast, which was good, but the menu is small. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful."
