「We’ve payed around 5000 dollars to enjoy 3 days and 2 nights, considering that we were star class, the check-in process was fine, they explained us our benefits, etc… During this period of time, the food was awful. 「The hospitality is fantastic at the property—the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, our room was upgraded, and the spa service was perfect. Where secrets can improve is the cleanliness and the upkeep of the rooms and property. It definitely seems a little dated for its rating, and the sofa and chair in our room was stained in a way that we didn’t want to sit in them.
