「There are some repairs that need to be done: The cabinet door is falling apart. There are several spots on the ceiling showing signs of water leakage. Outside, the door entry before the steps is broken.」

「You can't beat the location - .4 of a mile, and you are at one of the gates of Mount Rainer NP. One hint: bring your own drinking water. The mineral taste and smell of the water can be a bit overwhelming.」
