- a nice and well-equipped kitchen (toaster, kettle, oven, micro-wave, hotplates, mixer, fridge, dish-washer),
- vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, ironing equipment,
- washing machine and dryer (accessible in a private room in the building),
- baby bed, baby bathtub,
- WiFi.

Numerous activities will be accessible on foot, and you will have the choice between a lot of museums, restaurants, bars or cafés. You will be able to access to the Panthéon, the Luxembourg museum, the Orsay museum or the Pont des Arts in 10 min by foot.
