Kitchen: Opening onto the living room, this is fully equipped with hob, oven and Nespresso machine.

Bedroom: One bedroom with a comfortable double bed.

Bathroom: One bathroom with shower, shower-gel kit, shampoo and hairdryer.

Toilet: One toilet is separate from the bathroom.

Additional amenities: Dishwasher, Wi-Fi included, TV screen, iron, bed linen and towels provided for each guest.

Additional information: The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building with a lift. A shared laundry room is available on the ground floor for travelers' use.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The apartment sleeps up to six guests, with a double bed in the bedroom and two double sofa beds in the living room. It is ideal for two or three. With five or six guests, once both sofa beds are opened, there is very little room left to move around and store luggage, and the space becomes tight.
* The kitchen, which opens onto the living room, has very little worktop space, and both the bathroom and the separate toilet are small. With five or six guests, preparing meals and sharing the bathroom requires some organisation.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be in a very quiet area of the 13th arrondissement, a 5-minute walk from Tolbiac metro station, in a bright apartment on the 4th floor with a lift, with comfortable beds, a dishwasher and a shared laundry room on the ground floor.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
