- Outstanding architect loft of 70m2 (i.e 800 sqft.) recently refurbished by Architect
- Ideal location : At 5min walk of Gentilly RER Station which goes to the city center in less than 15 min (Saint-Michel, Chatelet)
- Secured and quiet small building at the first floor (no lift)
- Up to 6 guests
- 3 double bedrooms with each en-suite bathroom and toilet
- A large dining room with fully-equipped kitchen
- A living room with sofa and TV
- Decorated with design furniture
- A/C in all rooms

The flat is a 70m2 (e.q. 800 sq.ft) apartment totally refurbished by architect with high quality materials and furniture.

Its location is really convenient, at 5min walk from Gentilly RER Station which goes to Paris city center in less than 15min : Saint-Michel, Notre-Dame, Chatelet, gare du nord direct.

It has a large living room with convertible sofa, TV (Netflix, etc.) and a dining area for 6 guests on an open kitchen.

Bedrooms :

3 bedrooms with each an en-suite bathroom with shower and WC + closet.

Its kitchen is fully-equipped with stove, oven, fridge, Nespresso machine, Kettle, Toaster, dishwasher, washer and dryer).

All rooms have curtains.

It is located at the ground floor of a secured small building, very bright with lot of windows.

It has air conditioning in each room.

Perfect Size and Location

The property is as described, we loved that it had washer/dryer and enough space for us 4 friends … some things to consider is that the above unit is also a rental and we experienced noisy neighbors during our stay. The street does/can get noisy as well … we just used a sound machine and it helped drown out the noise. Also , a very particular smell like of sewage or standing water but it went away after a bit of running air conditioning… the RER line station is walking distance away.
