This three-bedroom is exceptional. It was designed by the owner who is an architect. We are happy to mention that a fully operational elevator has been installed and the staircase has been completely renovated. The apartment was recently renovated: polished wood floors, fresh paint, new sofa and lighting. It is high-standard.

The apartment windows have been changed for double glazing isophonic windows. They are very soundproof and protect very well from the street noise making the apartment very quiet.


Located in the medieval district of ‘Le Marais’ in a culturally rich area, with museums at footsteps, this 100m² wooden floored apartment is set up to welcome up to 6 guests. It is nicely lit and decorated with quality pieces of furniture. It is on the 2nd floor (2 flights of stairs) of a stone building with elevator.

The location is incredible. One cannot dream of a better location with the choice of shops, restaurant and bars. Visit le “Marché des enfants rouges” a great place for shopping or go to shows à the “Carreau du temple” at 5 mn walk. Moreover many museums and historic places are nearby - Musée Beaubourg, Picasso, Place des Vosges, Ile Saint Louis, Notre Dame Cathedral.

Transportation is easy and very convenient.

You will find a mix of cultural attractions, hype bars and night life, fancy clothes stores and traditional architecture. The “Seine” is 3 mn walking distance. In summer, enjoy the “Paris plage” attraction when the Seine banks are transformed in sand beaches and cultural attractions (music, sports , events …).

Located in the center of Paris, you will be at 10 mn of most of the interesting spots, Saint Germain, Quartier Latin, Iles Saint Louis, Montmartre, using at will the following subway stations: Chatelet, Hotel de Ville, Les Halles.

On entering the apartment, one finds a room with a large window that offers a desk and closets where coats can be hanged and luggage may be stored.

When entering in the living are which is a few steps further down, one is welcomed by a warm and large size living room. It offers 3 distinct areas, into the lounge area, the dining area and the open kitchen.

The living area offers 2 comfortable sofas and a sitting chair, TV, warm lighting and a modern coffee table. It is adorned by a lovely fire place and a lovely abstract painting. It is a perfect place to relax / lounge in with a glass of wine. You may enjoy your preferred tunes on an integrated Bose sound system. Finally it should be noted that the lightings are designer lightings and bring a lot of character to the room.

Perfectly camouflaged into the decoration of the living area is the modern open kitchen. It is very well equipped and is perfect for those amateur chefs.
The kitchen opens up into the dining area. It offers a large table which is comfortable for up to 6 guests.

On the left, the living room gives access to 2 separate bedrooms. Each with a double bed, storage space, warms lighting and frames. Each of the bedrooms has a large window.

This is perfect as it allows for cross ventilation between the bedrooms and the living / dining room.

After crossing the living room, once has access to a corridor on the right. At the end of the corridor one has the third bedroom. This bedroom is smaller but also profits from a large window with a view on a quiet building courtyard. It offers a comfortable double bed, storage and hangers and modern decoration and lighting.

The corridor also gives access to the separate bathroom and the toilet. The bathroom offers a vanity area with a basin and a large mirror, and a large comfortable tiled walk in shower. The separate toilet offers a WC and a vanity area, also with a basin and a large mirror.
