We found the apartment pleasant and it fulfilled our expectations; the only downsides in our eyes are the staircase (if you have to carry heavy luggage) and the nocturnal noise level, since the apartment is on a corner with several bars and restaurants— on the other hand, the neighborhood is also lively in a nice way!

La communication avec le propriétaire est rapide et claire. L'immeuble est un peu surprenant mais une fois dans l'appartement ça va. Il manque de rien. L'environnement est agréable. Il y a un bar dessous et une terrasse de quartier en face. C'est vivant mais pas trop bruyant. Beaucoup de commerces dans les alentour. Il y a une laverie juste en face. Je recommande.

We loved this cute little apartment and everything about the neighbourhood it is in. Super close walking distance to everything you need including a supermarket and multiple great boulangeries and patisseries. Metro stations 5 mins in all directions. And great eating in Belleville and Canal Saint-Martin very close by. Lovely, hospitable hosts too. If you want a neighbourhood feel, away from the tourist traps but close to all the big ticket spots, this apartment is wonderful!

Super cozy with all the amenities! The bed was comfy and everything was very clean. Close to metro and very easy to get everywhere we wanted to go.

Apartment had everything we needed for a week in Paris. Very easy check in instructions and we loved the neighborhood. So many cute bars, bakeries, and restaurants near by. Host was very communicative and clear! Would definitely come back.

We loved our stay in this apartment. It was small but cozy and we had everything we needed for a lovely vacation. We loved that the subway was so close and the location was walkable to canal st martin restaurants and shops as well as Belleville. On our last night we had dinner at the restaurant across the street Les Acolytes - and really enjoyed it. Would love to stay here again in the future!

Die Wohnung liegt gut erreichbar in einem netten Viertel von Paris. Es ist alles vorhanden, was für einen schönen Aufenthalt erforderlich ist.Die Umgebung ist nicht „still“ aber echt und man taucht in das originale Paris ein, nicht in das für Touristen.Viele nette Lokale in der Umgebung.

Cute 1 bedroom apartment in a lively neighborhood. It’s near the metro line 11 and if you know your way around it’s an excellent place to visit! Would stay there again!

Perfect Paris Apartment

Houcine and Edith's cozy apartment was perfect for our holiday. Excellent restaurants, easy access to the metro, and a lovingly decorated one bedroom made our stay practically perfect. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was roomy, and the kitchen and living room were the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine at the end of the day!

Nice and Cozy in a great location

I loved my stay here. The apartment was clean, cozy and incredibly well put together. The location is perfect, close to the metro, grocery store and some great restaurants. Houdini was a perfect host and very responsive. I would highly recommend it and would certainly stay there again

Great compact Apartment with everything you need

Our stay here was very good. Close to all transportation. Great little Bistros right on the corners. Grocery store close and convenient. Lots of selection of restaurants. Very trendy neighborhood.
