Nice holydays in Paris

We stay in Paris only 3 night but the position of apartment and the services like market and metrò very close We supported very well to organize a complete tour

Perfect for visiting Paris with your family

The apartment is located near the metro and the services you need (market, bars, restaurants,...) are just around the corner. The furnishings are simple but efficient. The kitchen is fully equipped. I highly recommend the apartment to any family planning to visit Paris.

Photos looks great - but better than whats provided

As a family (with 2 young children) we faced safety concerns, poor maintenance and semi-satisfactory dialogue from the vendor to resolved these issues. Issues included stained sofas, exposed bathroom vents, (nearly all of) the curtains were broken. Broken door locks for the toilet and the bathroom. And scarely unsecured electric wall plugs in the bedrooms. Im sure this WAS a fabulous flat, but has been misused over time and has not been well managed by the vendor. Overall it’s a good location and the space is impressive, but unless essential repairs are completed - it’s certainly not as luxurious as advertised.

Stay was just okay

When we arrived to the apartment at the proper check in time, the cleaner was still there and asked us to come back in 20 minutes. When we came back, she still wasn't done and didn't leave for another 15 minutes and informed us that the pillow cases still were not clean and we had to wait for someone to come drop them off so we could put them on ourselves. I contacted VRBO and they did nothing to compensate us for having to check in late. The rest of the stay was fine, the apartment is spacious but the layout of the furniture was a bit awkward. The bathroom was very dark and there were no hooks in the whole apartment to hang our towels after showering. The shower did not have any shelves to place shampoo or soap so we had to leave it on the floor. The kitchen hardly had any cutlery. I would not stay here again, there are plenty of other places to stay in Paris that are more accommodating.

Städtereise

Die Wohnung ist aufgrund ihrer Lage gut geeignet, um diese herrliche Stadt zu erkunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe, Metro ebenso. Die Wohnung bietet der gesamten Familie eine gute Unterkunft. Nur für aufwändige Gerichte ist die Küchenausstattung nicht unbedingt geeignet. Der Vermieter war bei jeglicher Nachfrage direkt erreichbar und hat Lösungen gefunden.

Appartement assez spacieux pour contenir 3 générations de la famille.Très propre, très bien chauffé ( il faisait particulièrement froid à l'extérieur !) et calme .Petits bémols... équipement un peu frustre ( des lampes de chevet seraient les bienvenus,) ainsi qu'une cuisine un peu plus fournie, pour ceux qui veulent faire quelques repas que place

Sauber und ruhig. Alles andere ist Käse.

Die Kaution betrug 70% der Miete! Zwei Wochen nach der Abreise immer noch nicht zurück überwiesen. Kettenverträge wie in den Panama Papers und jetzt muss ich in Irland um mein Geld prozessieren? Für den Zugang zur Wohnung waren 3 Passwörter erforderlich. Das letzte war 10-stellig und falsch. Es gab EINEN Mann in der ganzen Geschichte, der hilfsbereit war und am Ende alles in Ordnung gebracht hat. Hoffentlich ist er da, wenn SIE buchen. Sonst, stehen Sie da. Nie wieder.

Große Wohnung mit 4-7 Betten, Küche, ein Bad, separate Toilette, Alexandre Dumas U Bahn in 2 Minuten erreichbar, Supermarkt und Aldi sehr nah. U Bahn bis Zentrum ca. 30 Minuten, zum Flughafen und Disneyland ca 1h
