Great location, close to metro, restaurants, grocery store and different sites. About 1/2 mile from the Eiffel Tower which is beautiful all lit up at night. Perfect place for 2 people. Quiet neighborhood and owner commute citations as excellent! We will definitely go back!

Great stay! Excellent communication with the owner from the start. The apartment was comfortable and very centrally located. All major attractions were within walking distance, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

The apartment was exactly as described & a perfect spot for our base to explore Paris. It was enough room for a grandmother, daughter, granddaughter trip, but not for casual acquaintances! The courtyards are lovely & an Eurasian Blackbird sang for us every morning & evening. I would say that the washer works well but we couldn’t make the dryer work so we hung our wash to dry. Close to markets, bakeries, cafes, & the Eiffel Tower, we three were very comfortable & happy with our little home away from home.

Menton - Apartment. This apartment was absolutely perfect. Around 8 minutes easy walk to the train station, and 9 minutes into the main street and a short walk 6 minute to the beach. Patrick was amazing and was available to assist with any queries. The apartment was huge, spacious enough for 5 adults, and very clean. The view was breathtaking. Sunrise was spectacular. If we get to travel from Australia again we would love to stay here again. We highly recommend this unit. It was a gem of a find! 5 stars!

Wonderful, peaceful stay

Lisa's home is wonderful. It is the perfect location in the 6th, next door to the best bakery in the area, with many shops, restaurants, close to the Seine and the Tower. But once you open the large wooden doors, its like another world walking through the cool quiet courtyards with flowers and trees. The suite has everything, it is on the main floor. Lisa is an excellent host, communicates well. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Awesome studio apartment in the heart of Paris

We stayed at this apartment for 10 days with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The apartment is small, but we expected that for Paris. We didn't have any problems at all. Lisa was a fantastic host. Excellent communication and check in was very easy! The location of the apartment is perfect. You have a clear view of the Eiffel Tower from the front door. We walked there every night and it took us 10min. There is a supermarket about 1min walk, an ATM and chemist across the road and lots of little cafe/bars in the street. The 69 bus leaves from the street near the apartment and goes to the Louvre. You can easily walk to the Concorde and Champs Elysees. Overall we would not hesitate to stay here again when we return to Paris!

Limpieza regular.Sabanas y almohadas aspecto sucio.Camas incomodas, sillon cama colchon imposible de dormir.Cama de arriba imposble subirse porque esta pegada al techo. Phenomenal Location!

The VRBO advertisement gave me the impression that it was a 2-room property, but it was just a studio w/tiny bathroom. For sleeping the unit contained a tall bunk bed (top section offering apx 3ft from pillow to ceiling) and the lower sleeping area was a queen-sized pullout sleeper sofa, a thin mattress w/o much support. Bed linens need upgraded (vintage comforter). The entryway to the apt/condo complex was located behind a large beautiful wooden door offering a sense of security. Highly recommend to anyone (primarily singles) who plan not to entertain as space is limited. Bathroom renovated, tiny shower. Location exquisite!

Perfect Location

This property is in the PERFECT location for a trip to Paris. You can see the Eiffel Tower from the front door! It has everything you could need for a comfortable place to rest after a long day of site seeing. And there are multiple, excellent places to eat within a 5 minute walk.

Best location in paris

This studio apartment was an absolute gem when it comes to how convenient it is to everything we wanted to see in Paris. Just walk outside and see the Eiffel Tower! We were able to easily walk to the Eiffel Tower, the Arc De Triomphe, and even the Louvre. Restaurants and shops are all around. I would 100% come back to this same VRBO rental!
