Nice place during our stay in Paris. Comfortable beds. Clean apt. Quiet area. You are above a school, but not an issue for us. (we were there during fall break) Nice balcony to sit on. In the 15th. Metro station is just across the street. Very convenient. Restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores within walking distance. Had everything we needed.
