“I got what was advertised, a clean updated room with basic amenities in a fantastic location. Very close to the beach and many great restaurants. Check in was smooth. ”

“Super cute hotel and close to the beach, restaurants, convenience stores and so much more that were easily accessible with walking. The first night was a bit rough, not because of the hotel or staff itself but other guests being inconsiderately loud all night. There was a large event going on in the area that we did not know about so it was unexpected, but the staff did everything to try to help make our stay more comfortable. The second night was much better! They showed empathy and respect……

“FYI they painted the outside of the hotel so it is no longer orange, it is now dark gray. The photos of the rooms are also not the same. Parking is in the alley behind the hotel underneath in a parking garage. It is LOUD - heavy traffic on Collins and lots of sirens and horns all day and night. That being said, the suite itself was equipped with a small kitchen, 2 full beds, one bathroom, a pull out sofa and a small dining area. The main areas of the hotel were clean but the rooms could be a……

“The location was perfect with us since we had family staying nearby. Our stay was quiet and calm (mid April) and the staff was great about helping setup a packnplay for our little one. Nearby the hotel there’s plenty of places within walking distance and the beach is within a 5 minute walk.”

“There is no onsite staff to help assist you, they only communicate through messages and it’s hard to get a response from them in a timely manor, they said they had parking and then messaged us and said they do not have parking, our toilet also would not flush, the room was hot and muggy, and the staffing messaging us were unreliable, we asked for a refund and would not give us one. Warning - Do Not Book unless you want to be scammed! ”

“Location is excellent and the property overall is in good condition. We booked through Global Luxury Suites which was probably the worst part of this experience. Host didn’t respond to inquiries. Only one toilet paper roll was provided, no paper towels provided, one portion of laundry detergent was provided (even though you are expected to wash your own towels). The employees at the front desk are hit or miss. We ended up having to go buy our own toilet paper, our own detergent, and our own body……
