「We really enjoyed our stay at the Félix 10! We spent 3 nights with our family of 4. The beds were very comfortable, shower was great, the room had a nice view and all the little amenities from various types of lights to nice European hair dryer and straightener, espresso machines and water and even chocolates to celebrate Easter. 「Checking in was very smooth. The hotel contacted me in advance and was ready for our arrival. Checked us in, helped with our luggage and gave us some very useful local insights to the restaurants nearby. During our stay they even gave us a nice surprise, to help us enjoy the wonderful city and area even more. We had a balcony overlooking the street to ourselves, though we didn't use it, as it was way too hot outside, but it was still nice to know we had one to use, if we wanted. The location...

「There was a confusion in the booking. I thought i booked a room with balcony but the hotel said that i booked a room with patio which meant it had to be on the ground floor. The patio was useless because it simply was a corridor and your view was just a concrete wall with a few plants. There was not much light as a result.
