“At half the price of the place down the road, this properly is a real good value. Yes, it's an order building But right on the river and clean rooms, makes it a nice value place to stay.”

“Had an amazing time with my family making memories to last a lifetime. I grew up most of my life coming up to the area and my parents had lived near the location. My girls enjoyed kayaking everyday, bon fire 🔥, hearing the elk bugle, fishing in the river, Ocqueoc falls, and making big dinners. The game room is a great space too. My girls want to come back every year.”

“We loved the cabin. Location is perfect on rainy days to explore. We headed to the UP, Petoskey, and Boyne. Missy was responsive. There is a bit of a walk to the beach. Since we brought our boat, we parked our truck in front of the beach area which helped with hauling stuff down. The only issue we had, was bringing our boat, which is a 23 ft pontoon with a 30 ft trailer. The road is a one lane road which we had no idea and was nearly impossible for us to get our boat to the cabin as it was too……

“This home was a wonderful place to gather with our family and some close friends for our Wedding Anniversary. The home is absolutely beautiful and has quality furnishings and amazing art !! We ended up with a brisk and rainy weekend but it was not spoiled because there is so much to do onsite (billiard pool, shuffle board, pinball games, card table and lots of games, hot tub and several tv’s for sport events). There is an awesome workout area complete with sauna and steam room. We felt like……
