“This property has great rooms with full kitchens. All the appliances that you would need for a vacation. The bar makes excellent margaritas and the staff is great.”

“Overall a fantastic experience! The tipping/signing of checks was very confusing at the beginning and I suggest that be explained to guests clearly at check in. We’ve been to other all inclusive and you never sign anything. It’s way too much paper with all the receipts and then sometimes no receipts. The property itself is beautiful, the staff are friendly and fun. Loved water aerobics with Edgar! Japanese restaurant was by far our favorite. ”

“To start you have the wrong address listed in your Expedia account. The correct address is Camino Punta De Mita Km 14 Col, Bahía de Banderas, 63734. Please adjust your site and change to this address immediately as our taxi cab for us and daughter each took 1/2 hour more to find the correct site The beach was very poor and the Wi-Fi was practically nonexistent, even though there were plenty of swimming pools and a good activity centre Our room had several maintenance issues such as……

“The view was good, but no microwave, toaster, potato peeler, oven dishes or oven sheets, pots that have not been destroyed, silicon spoons, washer and dryer, oven instructions, clean sheets during the month, and bath mats.”

“To start with, when booking this stay we were not aware that this room was actually located at Villa La Estancia. Why was this called Beachside Escape? The room was nice but the balcony was shared with the larger unit next door. We were not aware of this and felt awkward using this space. We also felt that it could be a security risk. We noticed a lot of the balconies had partitions up for these reasons. We had a mini fridge, coffee maker but could not plug in the coffee maker as the cord was……
