“We have had our up's and down's with our stays here. 2 months ago we had a hard time getting a room that everything was working. Hector did his best to accommodate us and eventually we were settled in. This visit things went smoothly. The staff has always been exceptional!! It was great to see the beach sand being raked often and the pool towels were always available. We understand that it was rolling into the slow season, so the pool restaurant was on a limited service, just burgers and hot……

“This is my second time at this hotel and it’s officially my favorite in Cozumel! Epic tropical landscaping lead you to a very modern hotel with a very welcoming staff ! Rooms are impeccably clean, large and recently remodeled! The breakfast buffet has been improved since last and was totally worth it! Awesome is right offshore of the beach ! I would 110% recommend and will absolutely be back! Side note the tennis court is one of coolest ones I have ever seen”

“We had a great time in off season. The property was clean and service was great. Ac was very cold. I love the beds and lounging. Plenty of access to towels. I loved that the food in buffets were closed off for bugs. Because it was off season it wasn’t crowded and very pleasant. The water is beautiful with many fish to see. It was so warm and clear. Pool service was fantastic. Aaron was great. The seafood restaurant had some of the best food I’ve had at an all inclusive. Taxi ride to downtown was……

“We loved our stay here. Villas El Encanto is located in a quiet residential area with lots of lovely bakery and breakfast options nearby. Our accommodation was excellent. 5 of us (incl 3 teenagers) stayed in a very cool and comfortable family cabin with filtered water and a fully equipped kitchen area. We enjoyed the pool area as well as the pretty garden. Thank you so much for a lovely stay - the kids were very sad to say goodbye to the dogs :-)”

“Muy buen lugar, así empiezan las descripciones, pero quedan cortas las palabras expresar que; casi no quisieras descansar por contemplar sus vistas a la naturaleza, y lo fácil que es relajarse y consentirse con sus vistas dentro de la habitación y jazuzzi.
