“We really enjoyed our stay at Allegro. I really like the accommodations with the hammock on the porch. It feels like the Caribbean.. Food at the restaurants was good but much better at the specialty restaurants. The beach is beautiful. I only have one concern because I have been going to Cozumel for years. Sings to be aware of Crocodiles was very concerning to me. And then to find out there was an attack not far from from Allegro in April 2026. I was disappointed that now you have to be weary……

“The property was amazing. I did not enjoy the food as much as other properties we have stayed at. We did not get to eat at any of the main restaurants on the property due to having to have long pants for dinner. And a large party was difficult to make reservations Very unfortunate”

Daniel is the MVP! He was always joking with my husband and was very quick to help with anything we needed throughout our stay, like numerous taxis and answering many questions. He’s also an excellent chef. We loved having our meals out by the pool, in fact we ordered breakfast here every morning. House keeping……

“Nice resort with very friendly & helpful staff. We had a medical situation & Samuel helped us which we greatly appreciated. Everyone was super friendly & eager to make sure we had an enjoyable vacation. The grounds are pretty but the pools were in need of cleaning. The buffet did not have a lot of options so that was a little bit disappointing but there are several restaurants on the resort to choose from. The restaurants alternative days they are closed so make sure you pay attention to……

“Amazing hotel, with an amazing staff. I have never stayed at a hotel where the entire staff was so helpful, accommodating, pleasant and friendly. My room was on the 4th floor and had a terrific view of the pier where the cruise ships came in, but was just far enough away so as not to be inundated with ship passengers. Great location from which you could easily and safely walk to restaurants, shopping, the plaza, and two large grocery stores if you needed to pick up stuff. I would highly……
