“We had an absolutely lovely stay in this cozy apartment that is perfectly located in Dublin! The location is within walking distance to a variety of great restaurants and spots around Dublin. Parking is easy in a covered structure attached to the building. We were also happy with chilling in the apartment as a “home away from home.” Great place to chill for the evening, getting a little work done, and make a small meal. Big closet and laundry was greatly appreciated. Very responsive and helpful……

“Second floor walk up, nice apartment for a weekend or week-long stay. Little dark and I wouldn't recommend anyone staying in the living room unless you're in, or recently graduated from college, but we found this place to be great for our needs. Good communication, snacks on arrival, clean, toiletries in the bathroom. There's a bit of a musty smell, but not strong or anything disconcerting.”

“Stayed at this wonderful apartment for 8 nights during Congress because it’s 1.5 miles away. Brought my dog who loved the extra room and grassy areas. At first I was a little worried about the neighborhood but after a day I was totally at ease and loved that the Kroger is directly across the street! Previous guest left the tv I’m French but the owner promptly fixed that. Will dry stay here next year”

“Property is cut but could use some love. Definitely needs a new cleaning crew. Obvious carpets not swept. Beds very comfortable, shower has decent water pressure. No soap in shower or kitchen sink. No blow dryer. No book with instructions had to request wifi code. Master bedroom carpet VERY stained. Back porch light broken. Front door threshold very bent and dangerous. Throw in living room needs washing. Dead bugs in the silverware drawer. I wouldn’t stay again until it gets an upgrade and new……

“Loved the location, the deck, the hot tub was all great. My only worry was there was a dried blood stain on a pillow case. Maybe forgot to get changed. There was no other cleanliness worries, all was cleaned well and looked very nice.”
