Modern and nice, great swimming pool

This place is both a hotel and got private accommodations (condominium), building C is part of the condominium. The place is very nice and got a central location in Pattaya, close to restaurants, bars and shopping malls. The pool is really great (almost 100 m long) and got water slides in both ends, there will soon also open a bigger fitness room than the excisting one. At the minus side, the bed was far too hard for my back, this is a typical problem in Thailand. But host and cleaner arranged a new upper matress upon my request, so it became a bit better, but not 100 % for my back. Thumbs up for arranging and making better, but the basic matress should still be softer. I really recommend this place compared too many other hotels in Pattaya, great value for the money.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Aside from good location and decent ammenities, this place is ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC!!! DO NOT STAY HERE! WARNING! I repeat, DO NOT STAY HERE! There is no reception, the people you have to deal with are some of the most irresponsible, unprofessional, shadiest people you’ll ever come across! The worst! Don’t waste your money! They also send random people to the door, where they will bang and tell you you’re not allowed in the room after you paid! Then threaten to have the police remove you! Do yourself a favor and stay at a real hotel or condo, Pattaya is fullllllll of other nice places.
