「Downtown Blue 1 was a lovely apartment close to downtown Rome. It is in a quiet, industrial neighborhood very close to all the amazing restaurants and bars on the main street of town. The apartment itself is well equipped and very comfortable. The beds were confortable and the bathroom shower was great. We also appreciated being able to watch TV in both the living room and the master bedroom. 」

There was plenty of space throughout the home — especially in the kitchen, fridge, bathtub, and shower. We felt comfortable and well taken care of. 「Conveniently located but close to train tracks so when the train comes through it is pretty noisy. Otherwise this worked really well for us. We were in town for a baseball tournament. Only suggestion I have is to add a frying pan to the kitchen for guests to make breakfast. Host was easy to get in touch with. I would stay here again.」

「It is listed as a new construction but it wasn't even complete. No mirrors in the bathrooms, minimal utensils and dishes, one bed was broken and held up with 2x4's, no coffee pot (listed to have one), 」

「Really beautiful apartment, very secure. You can't hear any neighbors unless you're in the hallway. Close to most places I wanted to visit and even had walkable restaurants nearby. All questions were answered quickly. You do have to pay for garage parking but with the discount, it's really not bad. Would stay again. 」

「Perfect spot for a trip to Atlanta if you want to be in the heart of the city. Major attractions are really close by and the Mercedes Benz and State Farm arenas are walkable. We felt safe walking at night. Great communication with the host and easy check in. We will be staying here again 」
