“We arrived very late and check-in was a breeze. The staff was extremely nice and friendly. After 12 hours of driving with two small kids, we were ready for bed. The beds were extremely comfortable which made it easy to fall asleep. We woke up and had breakfast and my boys enjoyed what they had served. Scrambled eggs, sausage, and biscuits and gravy. Before breaking down the breakfast area, the hotel staff came out and asked if there was anything additional they can get us before they closed the……

She kept the dinning area very clean and she was so helpful to all the guests.The breakfast was very nice as well,. Thank you Nelly for such a Great Job.”

“Went to the area for the fair grounds. The pool was broken somehow and it was closed; was not told before I booked the room. Our bed had a couple small spiders in it; had to squash them… The room was extremely hot because the ac unit wasn’t on at all. There are appears to be “long time” residents. Plants growing in the windows and the smell of weed or drugs being consumed. At night I did feel the need to conceal carry; and I did… The staff was friendly enough; no problems there. The ice……

Even no decaf coffee after checking with front desk; as customer, trying our best to understand, but seems Covid became such an convenience to hotels and lots of inconvenience to us! I request a partial refund for expensive these two rooms which will be very reasonable ”

“Booked a room online, walked in and the walls had mold, balcony door was covered in mold and didn’t even close. when we told the front desk person, their response was “our housekeeper has been sick”. which i get, but at the same time, the housekeeper has nothing to do with the fact that the room was covered in mold. will never book here again. and the indoor pool was NASTY. didn’t even stay because it was so gross”
