「Second stay at the Castle Hotel did not disappoint the facilities are great with friendly staff, good dining options and the location for an event at Brands Hatch is hard to beat. We would happily stay there again.」

「Patricia was a great host. I contacted her before my visit and she was always prompt to reply. She gave me some great hints on the local public transport which definitely facilitated my stay. There is a bus stop 50 m from the property leading to easy links to Central London. I would certainly consider visiting again 」

Yo añadiría un centro de cocina eléctrico, ya hay frigorífico, microondas, todo para cocinar, por qué no añadir una placa eléctrica, mejor que cocinar en el microondas. También una cafetera de cualquier tipo. Aparte de eso, gran estancia!」

「Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, das Zimmer sauber, aber das Kanal war verstopft und beim Duschen ist immer ein Kanalgeruch da gewesen und auch Wasser in der Badewanne gebliebenen. Aber halb so schlimm. Ich würde trotzdem wieder dort übernachten. 」

「Very disappointing and misleading experience This property was extremely disappointing and did not match the photos or description at all. The conditions were poor and felt uninhabitable. The listing is misleading—this is not a hotel or an apartment, but a very small room inside a house, which was not clearly communicated. The check-in process was very poorly managed. We did not receive any email or instructions on how to access the property. Additionally, the address listed on Hotels.com was...

「This is my second time to stay, overall is much better than before. There is Carpark available but need fee. As my room air conditioning control panel is broken and got too warm to stay for 2 nights, the staff is good to change another room for me very efficiently. Shopping and restaurants is nearby, easy to walk in a few minutes.」
