“I only have one complaint, my sleeping pillow was extremely hard, other than that everything was great! The room was very clean and the the staff was very friendly.”

“I’ve stayed twice at this location, both were quick overnight stops. The staff was proactive and had me checked in when I got there. I was given all the instructions I needed to get into the room. It was clean, recently remodeled, the comfortable bed was comfortable, and shower was hot. The price was competitive and I’ll be staying there anytime I get down to Marco Island. If you’re looking for full service, this is not it, but if you’re looking for clean and comfortable, this is your stay.”

“AC went off in the middle of the night at 3am and took a long time to be moved to another room and still the AC not working. Called the hotel manager and left a voicemail and no call back.”

“Conty’s is like a blast from the past. If you think of how a hotel in Florida would have looked in the 70s this is it. Property was in decent shape on the outside the inside of the rooms could use a renovation but at the end of the day it was a clean spot to lay our heads for the night and for the price there is nothing we could complain about”

“Rooms are smaller than I anticipated. We went to the pool on our first full day there and when we returned at 3 pm our room wasn’t cleaned. They came at 4 pm when we were getting ready for dinner to clean. This happened for 2 days. We had to ask for clean towels. Our room was not swept. The bellmen were friendliest staff at the resort and went out of their way to help. The pools were beautiful but a distance from rooms but they will gladly transport you there via golf cart.
