"The rooms were kept nice and clean. There was no elevators to get to the 2nd floor. It wasn't an issue for us but if you have issues with stairs I recommend asking for a 1st floor room. The staff was friendly and was in walking distance of a couple great places to eat!"

"This house is exactly as advertised. Every picture was spot on. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe. The beach is only a few minutes away, a lot of good restaurants minutes away. We absolutely loved the house, the pool and hot tub was amazing, We would recommend this house to anyone looking for a place in Marco Island. You won’t regret it!"

"I’ll make this easy and list the pros & cons:Pros:- Great value! You get a lot of bang for your buck with this rental. - Very clean unit, no issues at all with cleanliness- Nice kitchen with all the dishes and cookware you could ask for. - property is well kept and completely safe. - situated in an area where you can fish at multiple places along the property, don’t have to drive anywhere to buy bait, tackle, etc, nice restaurants within walking distance, multiple grocery stores within a 10 min drive, 2 pools on the property, 2 hot tubs, several gas grills, etc. The only 2 cons that I could possibly come up with (only 1 of which has anything to do with the rental unit itself) are the fold out bed that is located in the living room is very, very uncomfortable. I realize that while I may feel like the pull out bed was uncomfortable (very hard), there are other people who may think it would be perfectly fine, so take that for what it’s worth. The other negative thing that I will say was simply the amount of mosquitos flying around in the evening all around the property. During the morning hours and up until about 6:30pm, the mosquitos are not a problem…after that, make sure you have plenty of mosquito repellent!All in all, I would absolutely stay in this rental unit again if I find myself in the Marco area in the future. The staff of the complex was friendly and obtaining the keys to the unit and dropping them back off was a breeze. Thank you for everything!"

"The property was nicer than expected and is located in a great area! We were use to staying closer to the ocean, on Collier Ave, but this was a sweet surprise for my wife and I. We walked to restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And enjoyed the scenery, pool, and boat dock while on premises. Very impressive! "

"This property was great for our little aniversaary getaway. It looks small but its very spacious and it's tucked away on a little island very close to the beach and quite a few restaurants. The place itself was very clean and well kept. The host themselves was super responsive with any questions we had about the place.Overall would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone whose considering about staying here. "
