「This house was perfect for our group of ten with ensuite bedrooms for all and large seating areas inside and out. It is located on a quiet street and has plenty of parking with a large circular driveway and carport for two cars. The owner/manager is very responsive and the checkin and checkout process was a breeze. The lake is beautiful and there's a marina just around the corner. We look forward to returning to this wonderful house.」

「Rarely you come across a rental property that deserves even more than 5 stars; This is one. The host goes the extra mile to make sure you feel welcome and have a wonderful stay. I was touched by the thoughtful welcome basket and hand-written note from the host with a cell phone number to text if we had any questions. 「Our family met here for a four generation family reunion. This location had something for everyone - lake access, pool table, plenty of rooms with private restrooms. We had 20 people in our group from 1 yo to 94, and everyone was able to stay comfortably. I highly recommend renting a boat and tube as that was certainly a hit for the several family members. The host is responsive and friendly. Great memories made here!」

「Dan, the property owner, was very helpful and responsive. The house is well appointed and everything worked well. House is on a nice cove. Shopping and dining options about 10 minutes away in Dawsonville. Our family had a great week stay even though we had rain the first 3 days. 」

「There was a short walk to the dock. We enjoyed swimming and sunning off the dock. We rented a boat to water ski. We enjoyed cooking out on the upper porch. We had fires in the fire pit and roasted marshmallows which the children enjoyed. We also enjoyed visiting the areas of Atlanta and Gainesville. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.」
