Amazing stay!

I had a wonderful vacation staying at this location! It was spacious, conveniently-located, and the perfect fit for my family. I highly recommend this residence and thank the facilitators for providing me with a safe and clean environment to relax in!

Home away from Home

Cute and cozy. Perfect amount of space for my teenage kids and elderly mother. I was surprised to see how well kept this house was. Will definitely rent again!!

Relaxing week away

The house was clean and decorated tastefully. The neighborhood was quiet and safe but so close to the beach and all the fun action! Quick 5 minute drive to the beach! Was nice to sit out front or back in the morning or evening without having to deal with noice or crowds. Fully stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meal at home and not forced to eat out for every meal. Was so helpful to have laundry on site especially with kids! Can't wait to be back for a nice relaxing time away with my family!

Disappointing. Unsanitary and rude host.

Just sad. We left the house two days early because of roaches. We couldn’t take it anymore. We live in this area and know the issues with roaches. Seeing an occasional life roach isn’t a big deal for us. There were dead roaches in the closets when we got into the house. We decided to look beyond that and not contact the owner. When we started to see life roaches daily it became a different story. Final straw was life roaches coming out of the shower and bathrooms sink while using the facilities. We left early and let the owner know. I asked for a two night refund after sending the owner three pictures and was accused of sending the same roach from different angles. The owner wouldn’t even take the time to look that all three pictures which were taken in different locations (mainly the bedroom closets). No refund was given nor did we hear back from the owner after sending him a msg to check the pictures and reflect on his ethics. We wouldn’t recommended that property.
