"Friendly front desk staffs, good location"

"Extreme bad!!!! First, the hotel has changed. There is no sign to say hotiday. And it is on one way street. I cycle the road for one hour and I finally went in to ask. Second. It says free parking. The car park is full and there are no street parking. Very very bad. Lastly. I stay Friday to Tuesday. Entire stay, WiFi is down. Nobody fixes. The explain is “it is weekend”. I want my full money back. I wasted so much my money on my phone roaming, time for parking. Nothing good about...

"Very inexpensive, very old, run down, basic hotel Recommended only for its proximity to the Firenze airport. Its reminded me of hotels in East Germany in the 80' s. Again , only for those that value airport proximity and an inexpensive parking (E6). "

"The quadra key apartments are a short tram ride from the centre of Florence. Very handy and clean the check in process was easy and the team was very attentive. Only negative would be for me the main road along with the trams can be heard from inside the apartment so if you are a light sleeper it might be an issue."

"Hotel agradável e limpo. Não tem café da manhã, mas tem uma cafeteria onde dá pra comprar. Recepcionista muito atenciosa e educada. Muito longe de todos os pontos turísticos. Tem transporte público próximo, porém, passa por um trecho que não me fez sentir segurança. Tivemos que andar só de táxi (aprox 160,00 reais cada vez). Não voltaria apenas em razão da localização, que achei péssima. Gastamos mais com táxi/uber do que com a diária do hotel. "
