「Clean room, staff, breakfast」

「Everything was excellent. No complaints after 3 separate stays here.」

「Great place」

「I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」

「The beach was awesome, very quiet and relaxing, and the hotel staff were very attentive to any need we might have. It also has a great pool in the middle. And valet parking was complimentary!!!」

「Just needed a quick one night stay while we waited for our apartment keys, had lower expectations for this property but they blew me away! This stay was truly amazing and the workers were great! Not a bug, crumb, or dust speck in sight!」

「good」

「Did the trick. Nothing fancy, but on vacation so out of room most every day all day.」

「This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.」

「Don’t book here. The sink plug didn’t work so we had to use the tub to clean our teeth and face. The hairdryer didn’t work and they would not replace it. Some staff were easy to deal with and some you stayed.」

「No hair dryer, no iron, no puppy bowl，Worst accommodation conditions,」

「The pillow is great.」
