Bar Harbor Manor

10/10 Excellent

"Christopher was a lovely host! The hotel was better than I expected. The outdoor areas for room were a great surprise. My favorite part of the stay was the two spectacular cocker spaniels. I love them."

Bluenose Inn - Bar Harbor Collection

10/10 Excellent

"I loved staying here! Gorgeous hotel and helpful staff. What I didn’t like is no room service and little food. Also the bus that takes you into the town does not stop at the bluenose so you do have to walk up the hill into the other section of their sister hotel. Indoor pool was amazing and hot tub as well. Beautiful view of the mountains and ocean comfortable beds and amazing shower. Also had amenities with a kitchen and sitting room. Beautiful balcony as well. Definitely would stay here again!"

The Pathmaker Hotel

8/10 Good

"Pros: We loved the location (right in town), the free breakfast was great, the staff were all friendly, and the bed was very comfortable. Cons: The elevator didn’t work when we checked in so we had to carry our bags to the 3rd floor. Not the end of the world but not what you expect staying in a new hotel. Our room also smelled like stale cigarette smoke."

Wonderful views of Somes Sound and Sargent Mountain

10/10 Excellent

"The property was cozy and perfect for my family. We slept seven comfortably (4 adults, 3 children). The location was quiet, with a great view and nightly visits from several local deer. It was close enough to everything you would want from a visit to Acadia NP, yet it allowed for a peaceful retreat from the crowds. The cottage was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals (there's an IGA grocery store a few miles south for stuff you may forget). Property owner was available for questions and quick to respond. I would recommend this location and would stay there again."

Quiet oasis across the street from Acadia and just steps from the harbor

10/10 Excellent

"The amenities this close to the park made this place the perfect stay!Property itself is quirky, and finding it in the dark without cell service is not something I’d recommend, but it was an excellent place for our Acadia trip!"

Harbourside Inn

10/10 Excellent

"The inn was a lovely example of New England B&B experience. Quaint room design and excellent proximity to carriage roads and hiking trails. Staff was really nice and helpful! Pointed us toward some local points of interest. The “breakfast” was minimal, muffins and mini-quiches with some fruit. But it was enough to get a day started and the coffee was good."
