「This was our second year of coming to Graceful Acres for a quilting retreat. Ages were 62 - 80. Fellowship and time sewing was so awesome. The nooks and crannies of this house were inviting for conversation and quality time with my Quilting Sisters. Thanks to David and his crew!」

「The property exceeded our expectations! The host answered questions in a timely manner. We stayed for a girls basketball tournament weekend. The girls and parents all had such a great time! The beds are all comfortable and the kitchen is fully loaded. The hot tub is devine and the parents all left wanting a Miele coffee system of our own. Nobody wanted the trip to end. Five stars does not do the property or host justice!」

「This was a wonderful place to stay, whether it be with friends or family! Beautiful location and the house was very clean. The only small complaint I have is that the hot tub was at a low temperature and dirty, it was locked so you couldn’t turn it up. 」

This was beautifully complemented by the charming outdoor fire pit, perfect for stargazing and late-night conversation. A huge, stress-free bonus was that the owner generously provides the firewood, ensuring there was an abundant supply for both features throughout our entire...

「This was a wonderful house for our extended family vacation. There was plenty of space for 15 of us ranging from 3 months to seniors. The house was fully stocked with all the essentials. If you need space for a large group and don’t mind a bit of a drive to places of interest, this house will meet your needs. The only downside was lack of cell service, however good WiFi at the house. We had to find directions before leaving the house since it took awhile to pick up service for google maps. 」

We loved the short morning walks down to the water—it was such a peaceful way to start the day.Ruth provided thorough information before our stay, which made arriving at night smooth and stress-free. 「What a beautiful cabin, has everything you need for a home away from home. The decor of the cabin was a nice touch. Great job!!!!Being on the river with the outside setting with a fire pit was peaceful and relaxing. Being able to see the deer every morning and evening cross the river was a nice surprise we timed that like clock work being able to see the deer every day. Every thing was perfect with our stay.
