WALK TO CRAB FESTIVAL/ PERFORMING ARTS/ BARS/ RESTAURANTS/ MARKETS/CANAL CRUISES,/STRETCH FESTIVAL FIREWORKS SHOWS. BOAT RAMP NEARBY. TRAIN STATION AND BUSES CLOSE FOR DESTINATION PERTH. Plenty of parking and room for boat.

Leave the car in the driveway. Town Beach across the road. Upmarket & casual dining at Marina & Town Boardwalk. Five minute stroll to Silver Sands supermarket, newsagents, shops & tavern with well priced meals.

We expect all visitors staying at our properties to respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum.

Dogs are welcome by negotiation and many beaches within the City of Mandurah are dog friendly where no leash is needed. The beach across the road is dog friendly. We expect animals to be kept outside and all properties have undercover areas to keep your pets dry and safe.

Family Holiday

A great house for a large family that struggles to get together. Layout is great facilities can't fault. Great heating, hot water, great shower heads, comfy couches, large bbq. Completely stress free and awesome location walking distance to most places. Areas to all come together and areas to get your own space.

Jennifer allowed us to reschedule due to an unexpected covid case ruining our plans. Excellent communication and helped with every query we had. The house was large/clean and very accomodating to what we needed. Would highly recommend!

False Advertising and lack of cleaning

I booked this place based on reviews from past guests. However, when my guests and I arrived, our stay was less than ideal. It was not clean and the advertisement said it had 10 rooms but there was only 8 rooms available. This left some of my guests and I with very little comfort after a day out. The property owner was apologetic but the responses slowed down when we asked for reimbursement.

Post graduation holiday with friends

Myself and a group of 25 others stayed at this property for six wonderful nights, and we loved every minute of it! The two houses are located conveniently close to each other and the beach is the shortest walk away - making this an ideal spot for a relaxed ocean getaway. The houses were lovely and spacious and fit 13 people easily in each one, with space for even more! Communication with the manager was amazing and the properties had everything we needed. Overall it was a delightful stay and would highly recommend, especially to large groups!

Great location and relaxed stay

The property needs some love but was clean and presentable, so it didn't matter. It is so close to the beach and easy walk to Sharkys and Simmos. Relaxed stay with beautiful sunsets. We all had a great time.
