Amazing Stay!!!

This was our 4th time staying at this property and it is our winter home-away from home!!! Beautiful views and it has everything you need. There is attention to detail and it is always a cozy escape!

Beautiful Winter Getaway

This is the 5th time we’ve rented BlueWater Cottage and have spent several years ringing in the new year here...we love the house, location and proximity to downtown Charlevoix, Boyne and surrounding areas! We always appreciate the accommodations and enjoy cozy fires and the beautiful views of Lake Michigan. A very special place for us with many memories made.

Great as usual

This is our third trip to this house and it was great as usual. It was arctic cold outside and it still was warm and comfortable with the fire going (and without) throughout the house.

Perfect Respite

Perfect respite for our daughter's wedding weekend. Less than ten minutes from the venue at Castle Farms. Close to downtown, yet secluded and quiet feel.

A little slice of heaven

We loved our stay and didn't really explore much because the view was spectacular! I wasn't ready to leave.The beds and pillows were super comfy. The bathrooms were great and stocked as well as the kitchen. They provided everything and more! I would definitely come back again! The fire pit by the water was nice and relaxing. Don't forget marshmallows for roasting. Lawn chairs are provided but if you want more of a lounge chair by the beach you may want to bring those. Thank you to Bill for his friendly and quick communication and for sharing his slice of heaven with us!

Second time staying here

This is the second time we've stayed in this home and we'll be back next year. The owner is ready to work with, house is in great condition, view of the lake is amazing, and the fire place is great Short drive to downtown for food or Petoskey for better options.

The location and views were fantastic! The house was supplied with everything you could need. Loved the big thick beach towels. Beds were very comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood close to town and the beach. Owner very responsive. Looking forward to next visit!

Peaceful retreat

We found the lake house to be a much needed retreat! Privacy and a quiet area to enjoy the beach. The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens and towels are top of the line! Bill was readily accessible for questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay , beautiful place in a beautiful area!

Excellent Location

Cottage is in an excellent location. It is in a quiet neighborhood and faces Lake Michigan. It is surrounded by historic mushroom houses. Yet it is only a few minutes from downtown Charlevoix. It had all the amenities that we required. Would stay here again.

Lovely Home in an Amazing Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy and comfortable home. Additionally Lake Michigan is right across the street from this home that is in the historic Boulder neighborhood. There are many charming rock homes by Earl Young all around this area. This home is close to town and had many comforts that we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!
