「Great that they gave us a free upgrade. The hotel was looked new and clean. The service manners and attitude was good. Provided enough shuttle buses to the town center and back with good time and the drivers' services and manners were good. good food and delicious esp. the ox tail soup. Good design for the room and the hotel interior and environment, esp the green swimming pool is excellent. 」

「Overall I have a really nice stay, the area is quiet and the staffs were very nice. They provide shuttle bus to Kuta area hourly which is very convenient. The only downside is the room shower cannot provide enough hot water in a short span of time - need to wait until hot water to come back.」

「this hotel is a good choice if you enjoy a natural envirnment and privacy. good service and breakfast also.but the room we stay could hear weird noice came from the roof, we stayed for 2 days and every night when lights were off, something on the roof started to smile sinisterly, only stop for a while when we shout at the roof, hard nights to sleep.」
