A college buddy & me checked in at 4pm after a day of golf, got the parking lot info quickly from front desk, parked and were in the unit pretty easily. Relaxed and got ready for the concert. Loved the high ceilings and

Unit was spacious but not well designed. No closet in master bedroom and no window in second bedroom. It lacked place to set suitcase and no luggage rack provided. Skimpy supply of towels and wash cloths. No grab bars in showers. No paper towels or napkins. Had to ask for kleenix and received one small box for entire unit. Transition neighborhood in which we didn't feel comfortable in after dark. However, there is an excellent restaurant in the building. skimpy supply of towels and wash cloths

12 Days for Convention Center Event

Great space for extended stay for convention center event. Secure on-site discounted parking with in/out privileges was great amenity (spots are very tight but we managed). Neat easy access to city bicycle routes.

Great location!

This place is in a great location in Philly: several cool bars/restaurants are within a few blocks, about half a mile to Chinatown and a mile-Ish to Reading Terminal Market/town hall area. We didn’t use our car at all while staying here. They provide you with a code, so check in and check out is all on your own. The space itself had everything we needed and it has a cool industrial review. This is an excellent place to stay in the city, and is a bit off the main tourist areas. Thanks for a great stay! We are looking forward to our next visit.
