A perfect family vacation home with private in ground pool on the Palm Valley Golf Club with gorgeous landscaped yard, grass and an outdoor fire pit. One level living at its finest in a quiet neighborhood rancher that feels like home. Close to City of Hope.

Beautiful three bedrooms (1 King and 2 Queen beds), two bathrooms and dream kitchen equipped with everything you will need (all fully updated).

The home is outstanding.. Owners have a great attention to detail. Could’ve been more perfect for 6 days with family. The pool was a hit with my nephew . He spend most of his afternoon in there. We would recommend this property to anyone and look forward to coming back in the future

We were in Phoenix area for a wedding. This home was the perfect “base” for the group that had travelled in from the East. Too cold to use the pool but everything else was simply perfect. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely book this property.

We had a great stay at Kelly and Patrick's property with our two young children! The house is equipped with everything we needed and we made use of the master bedroom walk-in closet for our infant in the playpen which was great for us. The backyard definitely steals the show with plenty of space to play and an amazing pool that we spent most of our week in. The whole house and backyard were very clean and we had no issues with communication with the hosts. We would love to come back!

We loved our time in Arizona at this Palm Valley home. We spent the whole week just relaxing at the house and swimming each day and just spending family time. The rooms were great for kids and the kitchen was really nice. We were looking for a place to have for swimming without all the busy feel of a resort and this was perfect. We both worked from there and the set up and internet worked great. We went on walks in the neighborhood and food/shopping are super close. We had fun and will go back when in Phoenix again. The kids loved the pool, didn't want to leave.

This home was perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed the backyard daily and played golf at the Palm Valley golf course. Kelly was very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. Our only issue was minor but I felt it should be addressed. The master shower had very little water pressure and one of the sinks in the master appeared to be clogged as it drained very slow. All in all we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very well appointed with everything we could need. The pool was gorgeous and we spent a lot of time enjoying it and the beautiful yard. The house was spacious and fit our large group well. Communication with the host, including the provided list of things to see and do in the area was very helpful. This house was in a nice neighborhood and located near a lot of restaurants and retail stores! The home was clean, smelled fresh and everything was well kept. I would tell anyone going to Phoenix to stay at this home. The pool and backyard was amazing!!! My family and I had a great time!! And our Hosts were awesome!!
