For us this was a great place. The location was ideal for us to go a a couple of Diamondback games(using Uber). This is a very nice neighborhood that seems to be getting lots of updates. Dario’s place is very comfortable and had everything we needed to have an awesome stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Vrbo property in Phoenix and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations. The space was recently updated with modern decor and amenities that made my stay incredibly comfortable. The open layout of the living area was perfect for relaxing and socializing with family. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals and the bedrooms were spacious with cozy beds. Overall, I highly recommend this Vrbo property for anyone looking for a modern and updated place to stay in Phoenix. The location was convenient to restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities. I look forward to returning for another stay in the future.

Loved this place if I’m honest. Location is quiet which is fine. Bottom bedroom is nice and dark. 3 TV’s which I liked. Cookware was nice. Fridge was good. It’s secluded from the rest of the units. If I lived in Scottsdale it would be an awesome bachelor pad. Highly recommend.

Great place once we found it. We thought we were at the wrong spot being that it is in the back of an odd looking location. This garage was converted into a nice area. Access to the unit was easy and the host gave us all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. The location made it easy to get around. The other problem I felt was there is only one shower which the listing does state. It is upstairs in the loft portion so my friend had to come up to shower. The water seemed to take quite a while to warm up. Overall not a bad place.

Property was clean and very well stocked. The location was great, very close to everything we wanted to do. We really enjoyed the pool which was clean and we had to ourselves every time. I would say that it was a little inconvenient not having two showers. The main bedroom is in the loft which was nice but had drawbacks. Once the sun comes up the loft becomes very bright and impossible to stay asleep. The HVAC return air is in the loft right by the bed. This lead to constantly hearing the loud HVAC while trying to sleep. When it would finally shut off it would start making a buzzing and clicking noise which was even worse. Over all the property was nice but we stayed 9 nights and did not sleep well for any of them.

We were unable to obtain the information to check in until after 9pm at night. At that point we were unable to contact the owner to obtain. Finally we got a hold of someone thanks to the neighbors. But still would have been nice to hear from the person who rented the property to us. Also read the rules of staying before the cancellation date! I wish would have done that I might have cancelled there are LOTS of rules I’ve stayed many places and I’ve never been fearful to stay somewhere based on the house rules before.
