Enjoy a pleasant stay at our 3-bedroom, 3 bathroom condo in the upscale Biltmore Fashion Park area, in short distance from THE BEST shopping, entertainment, dining, hiking and golf that Phoenix has to offer! LOCATION with a view of soaring ceilings in this spacious top floor condo. This privately gated, 24 unit, 4 level complex, features underground parking, convenient elevator & stairway access, heated pool, hot tub and outdoor grill area! Two primary bedrooms with private bathrooms & balconies and third bedroom with a queen size bed, guests can relax comfortably in this spacious condo and enjoy spectacular sunsets. The property also features a full kitchen, laundry room & a cozy living room with a sofa bed for additional space. Experience the peaceful surroundings and only 6 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor Int'l Airport. Close to both ASU & GCU campuses, for family visits!

We loved EVERYTHING about our stay! Liza is an incredibly gracious host - very friendly, communicative, and responsive. The condo is amazing - it’s beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and well-stocked. It is also conveniently located in a very nice, safe area. There is a heated pool and hot tub on site and grocery stores, restaurants, and a shopping center within walking distance. We highly recommend this rental and would love to stay again in the future!!

This condo is in a safe, upscale area with everything you need for a perfect vacation. While there’s a gated garage and rental car option, you truly don’t need a car, everything is within a few miles and Uber/Waymo are fast and affordable. We had groceries delivered and ready upon arrival, which made the stay even easier. The condo was very clean, and we loved relaxing on the spacious private balcony during stunning sunset happy hours. The heated pool and spa were perfect after hiking. Liza provided clear, detailed instructions before and throughout our stay with immediate response. We would absolutely return!
