This is a rear to find sweet and cozy studio on Glendale Ave. Pretty closed to freeway I-17 and GCU as well as Westgate. Has everything you need to relax and enjoy your estancia. Everything is private and has two parking space if need it.

This is my second stay at this property this year. The location is very convenient to Grand Canyon University, along with being near amenities of gas, restaurants, shopping and coffee. The studio is very cute, cozy, and quiet.

Great home base to visit GCU

We stayed here to visit our son at GCU. It was just 5 minutes from campus and centrally located to all kinds of activities in and around Phoenix. The suite was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Safe property

I felt safe in this very private studio. Access from all road directions is easy. The bed was firmer than I am used to but I slept so that’s okay. I really missed ice! There were no trays for the freezer and it is Phoenix after all. The owner mentions a dog in the backyard but I never heard it—no problem there. I’d probably stay here again.

Spent 6 nights in the adorable studio. Just enough space for the two of us and never felt crowded. Fabiola has stocked coffee Kcups and bottled water for your stay. What a nice surprise.Wonderfully decorated and just as listed. Easy access to US17 to get around the city. Quiet and private-we were very happy. Earlier reviews mentioned the shower water pressure and we thought it was just fine.

Great place to crash for a short stay in Glendale.

I believe this unit was created by remodeling the original garage area of the house. The floor can get a bit chilly, but the installed wall unit did a great job of adjusting temperature to a comfortable level. The place was thoughtfully laid out and while the kitchenette area was small, the fridge was big and the kpod coffee maker was appreciated. There is also a cooktop area (not shown in the pics) and a microwave for basic food prep. There were only 2 pillows on the bed and no additional available upon request, but I do appreciate Fabiola replying quickly to our inquiries. The door lock also posed some confusion initially but with her help, we figured it out quickly. I did like that the furniture had charging plugs installed. There are nightstands on either side of the bed (not shown in photos), so as long as you have the right USB cables, you should be good to go.The neighborhood was clean and quiet, but a little further from the areas we wanted to explore. If you need a basic place in Glendale for a few nights to crash, this is a great option.

This sweet studio was just perfect for our visit to Phoenix. It was so comfortable & the host did an excellent job furnishing it with everything needed without making it feel cramped. Would give more than 5 stars if I was able!!
